Probably not going to be a huge different in sale prices. Seems like the current steam Halloween sale will be your best best. The armor attachments are the biggest thing there and they're really nice. Beast and exploration adds "25% bigger map" and more weapons and armor, plus armor attachments.
Warriors of the north would be second, in my opinion, as it adds more origins to play and champions plus the barbarian faction and their weapons. I'd say BD adds the "most" as it includes the southern cities and everything that come with them. Based on what is listed for the DLC and how I play, I don't think I'd like playing without any DLC. I picked up blazing deserts as soon as it came out and it is awesome. Frankly though, I don't care to find out.
